3. Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses only what is necessary to serve pages and load fonts. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Applications we publish may store data locally on your device so they work offline and keep you signed in. You can clear this at any time through your browser or device settings.
4. Sharing your data
We share personal data only where it is necessary, and only with:
- Service providers who host our systems, send our emails and messages, or process payments, acting on our instructions.

Some of our service providers operate outside Nigeria. Where data is transferred abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a comparable standard.

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us. Account and transaction records are kept for as long as the account is active and afterwards for the period required by Nigerian tax and company law. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then deleted. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
6. Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls, role restrictions and regular backups to protect personal data. Access is limited to staff who need it to do their work. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and the relevant authority of a breach affecting your data where the law requires it.
